Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Article 1 (Purpose)
This refund policy aims to establish terms regarding withdrawal of subscription, exchange, and refund for digital content (online educational materials) purchases in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws.
Article 2 (7-Day Withdrawal Right)
β Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving purchase confirmation.
β‘ Upon withdrawal, users will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
β’ Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the withdrawal request.
Article 3 (Refund Restrictions for Digital Content)
Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:
- When content has been viewed or downloaded (excluding preview/trial versions)
- When more than 10% of the total content has been used
- When 7 days have passed since purchase
π Important Notice
You can preview content through trial versions before purchase. Using trial versions does not restrict refund eligibility.
Article 4 (Trial Version Provision)
In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, when withdrawal of digital content is restricted, trial versions are provided through one or more of the following methods:
- Providing partial content preview
- Providing free sample content
- Providing trial versions with limited features
Article 5 (Refund Process)
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Request refund through customer service or My Page
- Verify refund reason and conditions
- Process refund within 3 business days after approval
- Refund according to payment method (Card: Card cancellation, Others: Bank transfer)
Article 6 (Partial Refund)
β If only part of the content has been used, partial refund is available for unused portions.
β‘ Partial refund amount = (Total amount) Γ (Unused content ratio)
β’ For package products, refund is calculated per individual content unit.
Article 7 (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- When content is damaged due to user's fault
- When content has been illegally copied or distributed
- Promotional or free content
- When used in violation of terms or through fraudulent means

Supplementary Provisions
This refund policy shall be effective from January 1, 2025.
