Privacy Policy

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

The Company processes the following personal information items.

Required items: Name, email address, mobile phone number, password

Optional items: Date of birth, gender, address

Automatically collected items: IP address, cookies, visit history, service usage history

3. Personal Information Retention and Use Period

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use according to laws or within the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.

  • Member information: Until membership withdrawal
  • E-commerce related: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce)
  • Access records: 3 months (Communications Privacy Protection Act)

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified for collection and use purposes, and provides personal information to third parties only when applicable under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the data subject or special provisions of the law.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company promptly destroys personal information when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.

  • Destruction procedure: Select personal information for which destruction reasons have occurred and destroy after approval from the personal information protection officer
  • Destruction method: Electronic file information is destroyed using technical methods that make recovery impossible

Data subjects may exercise the following rights.

  • Request to view personal information
  • Request for correction in case of errors
  • Request for deletion
  • Request to stop processing

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

  • Minimization and training of employees handling personal information
  • Access control to personal information
  • Storage of access records and prevention of forgery
  • Encryption of personal information
  • Technical measures against hacking

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective from January 1, 2025, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to changes according to laws and policies, we will notify you through notices from 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
